ItaliaStock ROYALTY FREE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement regulates the use of the contents of the website www.italiastock.com, a brand owned by Archivio srl, consisting of texts, single images, Photo CDs and relevant documentation. The use of such material other than pursuant to this license or other written authorisation issued by Archivio srl shall be a breach of copyright law no. 633/41, of Presidential Decree 19/79, of the international Convention of Bern of 1971 and of law 518/92-547/93 and may be criminally prosecuted. Please contact customerservice@italiastock.com if you have any doubts or wish to request an extension of the scope of this license.

The terms and conditions of the license are described below. Please read them carefully before purchasing and using images or Photo CD collections.

Specifically, please consider the following before opening the package and using the Photo CD.

Opening the package is an action preliminary to the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the license, which shall be effective as of the date of receipt of the enclosed registration form. If you do not accept the following terms and conditions, you may be refunded provided that you return immediately the sealed Photo CD together with your proof of purchase. In the event of failure to send the registration form, users may be subject to the penalties imposed by laws 633/41-518/92-547/93

Copyrights and any other rights in the contents of the site, its products and relevant documentation are exclusively reserved to Archivio srl, which has granted Italiastock.com and its photographers, the right to include their photographs in the site, without prejudice to your right to use them hereunder.
By this license, Archivio srl grants you the non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable right to use the contents of the site in visual presentations and printouts created by you for use in:
reports, news and presentations;
articles, press releases and advertising in newspapers, magazines and books;
brochures, pamphlets, posters, leaflets and multi-media programs.
Please contact customerservice@italiastock.com if you have any doubts or wish to request an extension of the rights granted under this license.
Unauthorised use other than as expressly specified at point 2. above shall be prohibited. In particular it is forbidden to:
reproduce, duplicate or copy, whether directly or indirectly, in digital, printed, photographic or any other form, any image contained in the site or the relevant documentation, in editions in competition with the site;
use an image for the creation of commercial products where the image is the object of the trade (for instance, calendars, postcards, T-shirts, etc.);
transmit, whether directly or indirectly, any image contained in the site or the relevant documentation, electronically, via Internet or through any on-line service;
use, whether directly or indirectly, the images contained in the site or the relevant documentation, in a defamatory, obscene or illegal form.
no intranet and/or other relevant affiliates are allowed other than the usage by the buyer of the image itself.
Archivio srl shall hold you liable for any damage or liability deriving from the use of the site or relevant documentation, other than in accordance with the terms of this license and you hereby undertake to indemnify and hold Archivio srl harmless in this regard.
The site, the contents thereof and relevant documentation are supplied in their present condition without any guarantee that they are suitable for any use or compatible with any computer or equipment. Archivio srl shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or the failure to use the material.

This English-language contract is a translation. Any dispute arising in connection with this agreement shall be settled by the Court of Milan.
