HAVANA STREET ROYALTY FREE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Acquisition of Havana Street clip art entitles you to use it royalty free for advertising, design and promotional projects both printed and electronic, including multimedia and web applications. This does not include reselling, renting or distributing the clipart in other clip art volumes. Nor does it include reselling products on which Havana Street images are the primary feature (such as greeting cards, t-shirts, coffee mugs, etc.), for that constitutes reselling the images. Reselling designs you have created using Havana Street clip art is allowed, so long as it can be clearly shown that your design is the primary feature of the product, rather than just our images.
